Western Building Center Components division is looking for a part time office assistant.
Looking for an individual with strong excel skills and able to navigate both Microsoft and Google Docs.
This position will be 25-30 hours a week.

Essential duties and
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet walk-in customers Process the mail accordingly Order materials for our components division Take payments Invoice jobs after they have been delivered Schedule appointment for conference room use Filing Inventory Other duties may be assigned Competencies:
Proficient computer skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to multitask Time management and organizational skills Attention to detail Comfortable with all office equipment Work environment / Physical activity:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
