The Avocado Abode is a short term rental that we've blocked off for the winter to try to find a traveling nurse, construction workers, teacher(s), a couple looking for a mid-term housing rental as they look for a home for sale in the valley. This is our second winter offering up our home, and the guests that stayed in 2023/2024 winter were simply the best, kindest, cleanest guests. I hope you're reading this stating that you would be too! Leslie and I (Darren) are very open to all communication, and we are available if anything comes up. House is located directly downtown behind the carwash/subway area. We're looking for someone for 6 months, potentially 7 months? Beginning Nov 1. 2024 and ending on the last day of April, 2025. Because the house is fully restored, and fully furnished, we will need to be strict in our search because we do everything we can to keep the house as new as possible. It received a full remodel in 2022/2023, and it is fully furnished. You'd have the opportunity to store your things in the detached shop. The rental comes with access to the house and the detached secure shop. We are centrally located in Columbia Falls in a quiet neighborhood right down the street from the High School. We're looking for a maximum of 5 adults over the age of 25, no pets can be accommodated at this time. We also cannot accommodate cigarette smoking inside or outside, anywhere on the property. Renters that are approved to stay with us for 6 months will be given the opportunity to pay in full, before moving in, if that is a financial option available to you. If it is, we will offer you $500 off your first months rent!
